Bicerin

Bicerin is a hazelnut chocolate Distilled Spirits Specialty liqueur.
The Passionate Italian is the
ultimate chocolate martini that releases the passion within everyone after encountering the final chocolate
experience.
Over 200 years ago, mixing of hazelnut with chocolate was born during Napoleon’s reign when
importing cocoa became difficult. The indigenous hazelnut of the Piedmont Region was roasted and bits were
incorporated to make the final product more affordable. Today Bicerin is the drink of choice to the
Turinese. The New York Times (2/6/08) acclaimed Bicerin the hit of the 2004 Turin Winter Olympic Games.
SERVE: In a Passionate Italian martini, with cream on the rocks, or over ice cream.

Lemoncello Di Sicilia
Origin: Milan, Italy
Vincenzi Distillery: Limoncello Di Sicilia
Made only of the finest large Sicilian lemons ripened under the hot, Mediterranean sun. The pith, the soft
tissue inside the rind, is carefully removed to ensure that no trace of sourness or bitterness remains in the
final product. The essential oils naturally present in the lemon rinds are then extracted according to
traditional methods used to produce our Limoncello Di Sicilia. The aromatic scent whisks you away
to the hot, sultry evenings on the Mediterranean coast sipping at a delightfully cold Limoncello Di Sicilia
- smooth, relaxing, and refreshing.
Limoncello Di Sicilia’s robust flavor is made from lemon
rinds, alcohol, water, and sugar. It has a bright yellow color, sweet and lemony. However it is not
sour as it contains no lemon juice.
SERVE: Straight-up out of the freezer or on the rocks with club soda.

Carato Merlot
Origin: Ticino, Switzerland
Angelo Delea: Carato
Merlot from Ticino, the Italian speaking region of southern Switzerland on the south side of the Alps. Careful
selection of the best grapes from vines over 30 years old. Long maceration and maturation in new French oak
barrels for 18 months. This wine must be aged to achieve its fullest flavor.
Bouquet: Intense with a vanilla aroma, slightly spicy with hints of dry plums and blackberries.
Palate: Full, persistent, and rich.
Serve: With red meat, game and cheese.

Marengo Merlot
Origin: Ticino, Switzerland

Merlot from Ticino, the Italian speaking region of southern Switzerland. A young and well
balanced wine.
Bouquet: Fresh and smooth, reminiscent of black cherries.
Palate: Low acidity,
black cherries and white pepper.
Serve: with red meat and cheese.

Chiar di Luna
Origin: Ticino, Switzerland
Angelo Delea: Chiar di Luna - Merlot di Bianco
Bianco di Merlot from Ticino, the Italian speaking region of southern Switzerland. Made of Merlot
grapes vinified in white. One of the few white Merlots produced in the world.
Bouquet: Light, reminiscent of a mix of muted citrus and peach.
Palate: Dry and crisp, very
low acidity.
Serve: With fish and white meat.
